Worked here for 2-3 years and I don''t recommend it. Very toxic work environment. Lack of training amd commom sense.Favoritism is a major issue here. They don''t appreciate employees. Residents care lacks especially in memory care. Food service sucks and they neglect memory care. They don''t spend more then 10$per meal for the residents. The amount they pay to live there isn''t worth it.

My 93 year old mom has been a resident for 8 years at Oakmont of Chino Hills. Our family has been very happy with the care she receives and the welcoming friendly environment that their wonderful staff provides. It is a place that we feel comfortable leaving our dear one. I firmly believe that Oakmont is one of the reasons that we still have Mom with us today.

Lovely atmosphere, kind and professional management. Excellent way to spend my elder years. The absolute best maintenance… all needs are met. Five star in every way.

If they had a zero star option I would do that. Only way I can describe this place is FAKE. I worked there for 3 months and it was enough to see everything behind the scenes. I was so excited to work here because of the kindness and respect I felt, but it lasts for a week or two maximum. That goes for residents and employees. They do not care about anyone they just want to shut everyone up and say they do things when they really don’t (goes for employees and residents). Many residents have stated how bad the quality of the place has gone down due to new management specifically naming Janeth medrano one of the directors. If you are good at kissing up and being fake this would be the perfect place to work. Being a fake favorite gets you far here. And for living here prepare to wait days to have a toilet fixed and having to deal with the most dysfunctional company I’ve ever seen so far.
