Orchard Park

The care was very good. They had excellent activities. They took good care of my loved one. They did everything to get, the residents to socialize with other people. Overall, the staff was very friendly and loving.

Truewood by Merrill could work better on improving who comes and goes throughout the community because they have had to many covid outbreaks then what they should.

I would recommend the community to others to for their loved ones. The staff try hard to assist the family and the residents. My loved one doesn't like the taste of the food. The staff seem to be friendly.

We had several communication issues during our loved ones stay here. We live out of state and that was something that was very important to us. In general my impression was that they were understaffed so their service level really dropped off once we moved in.

This community was very good it was just too expensive for us and cost was just one of the biggest things for us due to being self pay.

We looked at quite a few facilities and this was the first one we saw. It had everything we needed and the price point was great. It is also a little bit of a smaller community which is perfect for my dad. They really do offer so much, they have a craft center, movie room, a beauty salon, etc. just ...

It is also a little bit of a smaller community which is perfect for my dad. They really do offer so much, they have a craft center, movie room, a beauty salon, etc. just so many opportunities to interact with others in the community. Their communication has been great from the staff. I would definitely recommend to others looking.
