We chose Landmark Villa for mom because it was nice and clean, they had a lot for her to do, and she had her own apartment. It's a perfect fit. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on. They provide daily activities. They have a salon, fitness classes, and an outside area...

We chose Landmark Villa for mom because it was nice and clean, they had a lot for her to do, and she had her own apartment. It's a perfect fit. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what was going on. They provide daily activities. They have a salon, fitness classes, and an outside area for the residents to sit if they like to. They met my mother where she was at in terms of her income, so they were flexible. They have people cleaning daily and it smells fresh and new. She has maid service and laundry service once a week.

The rooms at Landmark Villa were pretty good-sized. They're roomy and have a good layout. The person who gave me a tour was very friendly and informative. Landmark Villa was a nice place. I was surprised at its size because it does not look like it from the outside. The staff was attentive. They have a very low staff to residents ratio. They answered all my questions. We toured a studio, a one-bedroom, and deluxe rooms. They had activities, an activity area, and an exercise room. The facility was a bit older and hasn't been remodeled or refurbished. The rooms I toured had dust in places, so it wasn't fully upkeeped, but they were just like empty showrooms.
