I was looking for a place for my mother and decided to call Balance Assisted Living and Memory care. The person that I spoke was exceptional helpful and gave me some great information. Because of the conversation I had with them, I decided to give the place a visit. Although it was an older community, it was well maintained and inviting. We are a few months out from placing mom, but it definitely is one of my top choices.

My mother will be moving into Balance Assisted Living and Memory Care today so it will be her first day in the facility. My mother will be moving into Balance Assisted Living and Memory Care today so it will be her first day in the facility. We chose it because it's a smaller community so it seems to be staffed better than the other ones that I was looking at. They have a lot of caregivers too, and a lot of people around. They're redoing it so that her living area and her room are brand-new so it makes it nice for her to be in that spot. Everybody's friendly. They've introduced themselves and they've been here for a long time so those are kind of important factors. They're very attentive and that's another good thing. I tried their food and the meal was good. They have a diverse menu and meals that are excellent. They have exotic meals and they have down-to-earth ones. Then they have the regular ones if my mom doesn't want to order what was on the menu that day. She could just order a grilled cheese sandwich or several different items they always have available to the residents. They seemed to be well-staffed to facilitate the needs of the residents, especially those that are in the memory care facility.

You won't find another place with the care and compassion this place has. Truly a gem!!!

I enjoy my life at Balance Assisted Living. I live in a one bedroom apartment that has a nice patio outside of my room. The meals are terrific. The housekeepers clean my apartment weekly and does a terrific job. The staff is very nice and go above and beyond to help me when I need them.

I have lived at Balance for 7 years. The staff is excellent! I love living at Balance!

We love the staff and the great care they give dad. We moved him from another community and it was the best decision we could have made!
