The rooms vary in size, some quite tiny others quite big- commiserating with price. All have Wall Unit A/C. Building and grounds are attractive and clean. The staff is nice, but tons of turnover. Only one employee remains in the past year. The issues: - Place is infested with roaches and has been since October, with no end in sight. Every visit I see roaches running around my parent's room despite them trying to eradicate. - The internet is free, but is 0.17mbps, so it's too slow for netflix or Doctors Televisits. Many requests to have it repaired were met with confusion and instead a new coat of paint in the lobby to lure fresh occupants. - In the past year the food has gone rapidly downhill. It's sad. - Each year they raise the rent, this January they had a 13% raise in rates for basic room. So be sure your retirement is sufficient, or you'll be stuck moving out in a year or two. - Activities: Poker, and their Yoga class is them popping in a video once a week. Very lame activity options.

Since moving our Mom here last year, she is in a much nicer facility than before. She likes the smaller facility, the grounds are beautiful, the food is great, and the staff is very caring and attentive. Since moving our Mom here last year, she is in a much nicer facility than before. She likes the smaller facility, the grounds are beautiful, the food is great, and the staff is very caring and attentive. Lilit, The Executive Director is always accessible and solves all of the issues that inevitably arise with seniors. Update: 8/14/22 Since leaving the previous review, things have declined dramatically. They are short staffed including in the kitchen, the food which once was very good, is becoming increasingly poorer in quality and flavor. I would definitely consider other options rather than this facility at this time.

Searched through every place in the price range and have been grateful my mom has a safe, clean place like Fallbrook for her to live. It stood out immediately from the moment we got the tour. Searched through every place in the price range and have been grateful my mom has a safe, clean place like Fallbrook for her to live. It stood out immediately from the moment we got the tour. She does not use all the assisted services, but we like the place and the professional and positive demeanor of the staff is something we''re grateful for. When my mom slipped they called me to let me know right away-- fortunately all was well. Elizabeth, who does the tours continues to be helpful in solving every concern, be it organizing activities or answering questions or coordinating to make things happen. I''m most grateful to know they are staffed at all hours to make sure my mom is safe. This is a nice and comfortable step up from independent living-- and i like that they eat communally, as it forces social interaction.

We moved mom into Fallbrook Glen a few months ago and we already see a remarkable improvement in her physical and mental health. Moving her during Covid had it’s challenges but Elizabeth in Sales and Marketing and Lily and the staff made the move and transition for mom as pleasant as possible. We are thrilled with her living at Fallbrook.
