My mother has been a resident here for several years. She told me today that she has no intention of moving. That said, she is 95 and I''m glad she had found a place to live out the rest of her life. The food is always a complaint because it is impossible to please all the people all the time. In this case, the food is great and the dining room staff are amazing. They know each person and remember likes and dislikes. I would say a person who complains about the food is never going to be happy anywhere. The building is old but in good shape. Today was the first time the 3rd floor had the odor of an old folks home. Everyone tries their best to be of service to the residents. Thet are friendly and helpful. The parlor is a festive room and there are activities every day if one chooses to participate. Tomorrow I plan to use the computer in their library. 5 stars? Yes. I met with my sister’s nurse and he was awesome. They’re making some great changes that you can already see are making a difference.

Physical therapy is great

Staff was courteous and friendly. They answered all my questions about the treatment of my mother and were prompt in responding such as getting her for dinner and assisting her with her walker.
