At Caley Ridge Assisted Living in Englewood, CO, retirement is about more than receiving long-term care. The assisted living community offers everything a person needs for happy, healthy retirement thanks to their exceptional amenities, in-depth wellness programs and a variety of personal care services.
The community’s personal care services are extensive, helping people with their daily activities so they can enjoy their retirement to the fullest. Advisers and caregivers understand that each person is unique and the care programs that work for one person may not help another. They use a person-centered approach to retirement living, creating an individualized care plan for each resident according to their needs. Each person’s individualized care routine is different and may feature services like:
In addition to the community’s personal care services, wellness programs play a major role in a person’s day-to-day life at Caley Ridge. Staying active, expressing creativity and interacting with others are important parts of healthy aging. Caley Ridge encourages each resident to make friends and create hobbies through their social events and community amenities.
The community’s social events calendar changes every month. It is available online for anyone who wants to see what Caley Ridge offers this month. The calendar may include events like:
Additionally, many residents spend time with their friends and peers in the community’s on-site restaurant. The restaurant staff serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, offering a diverse selection of meals that change daily. Incoming residents can check out the monthly menu on Caley Ridge’s website, which features classic favorites like eggplant parmesan, tortellini alfredo, and crispy fried chicken. Vegetarians, kosher residents, and people with food allergies can request meal substitutions as necessary to accommodate their dietary needs.
When residents prefer to prepare their own meals, they can do so in their apartment. Each unit comes with a spacious kitchenette, featuring counter space, cabinets for storage, and a full-size refrigerator. The community’s apartments each have their own unique charm and personality, but they all come complete with:
The community is pet-friendly and residents are allowed to bring one small, well-behaved animal with them when they move in. Residents can choose from five floor plans when they apply to Caley Ridge, depending on their availability. Floor plans include studio and one-bedroom apartments, each offering manageable square footage and storage space. Many older adults prefer studio apartments because they want to downsize, but others enjoy the one-bedrooms for their added privacy.

Touring is the best way to learn more about the senior living community, as the staff is happy to answer questions and show their floor plans in person. They are happy to help guests understand what sets Caley Ridge apart from other assisted living facilities and independent living communities in the vicinity. Each guest is welcome to enjoy a complimentary lunch during their trip and tours are free for anyone who is interested. For more information, read the frequently asked questions below.
Each person is different and their preferences and needs largely determine which long-term care programs are right for them. Caley Ridge offers non-medical personal care services for people who want the peace of mind that comes with a senior living community, but who do not require ongoing skilled nursing care. Their services are ideal for people who need mild to moderate assistance with their daily activities, such as eating, bathing, dressing, or maintaining personal hygiene.
The community guarantees each person’s safety during their stay. If the caregivers are not equipped to care for someone to the degree they need, Caley Ridge may suggest another nearby facility that offers the right kind of services.
To find out if Caley Ridge is the right choice, prospective residents can ask themselves the following questions about their level of care:
Although the community’s staff help residents move throughout the community as-needed, they are not equipped to help people who are permanently confined to their beds. The same principle applies to people who need ongoing medical attention: the community does not offer skilled nursing care and is not a suitable alternative for people who need it.
Additionally, Caley Ridge may not be a suitable choice for people with memory impairments, Alzheimer's or dementia. The residence does not have a dedicated memory care community or memory care program, and it does not offer specialized services for people living with Alzheimer's disease. If a person’s memory loss or Alzheimer's disease requires memory care services to ensure their safety, they may consider another nearby assisted living community that specializes in treatments for people with Alzheimer's and dementia. Caley Ridge’s staff are happy to work with people living with Alzheimer’s disease to help them find a memory care community in the area that can help them with their symptoms.
To learn more, prospective residents can use the links above to make an inquiry or schedule a tour.
Yes! In-home care recipients can stay at Caley Ridge for up to 30 consecutive days as part of their respite care program. Respite care guests stay in the same spacious units as assisted living residents and enjoy many of the same amenities. To learn more about the community’s respite care program, use the links above to make an inquiry or schedule a tour!
Each person’s room and board depends on their floor plan. Larger floor plans typically cost more than smaller units and the more services a person needs, the more their monthly cost will be. For example, a person who lives in a one-bedroom apartment may pay more than someone who lives in a studio.
Interested parties can get a personalized price quote using the link above, or make an inquiry to learn more about the community’s pricing policies and monthly fees.

For what you get and the price, this community is one of the best. When my mom has been in the hospital, she tells me how she just wants to go home which tells me that she is safe and comfortable. I have only met one person in management, Jake, and he is amazing. He is accessible and responsive. I cannot say enough amazing things about Jake. That guy is an angel and I don't know where he hides his wings. Jake helped me coordinate hospice to come in and help my mom. I didn't know it was for anything other than when someone is dying but my mom has dramatically improved. I can only credit Jake with helping get that coordinated. The food and cleaning of her apartment has been fine. Maintenance does a really good job maintaining the building. Generally speaking, they do a good job.
I really love my job... Its my second home.
I have worked at Caley Ridge for 8 years and believe we are committed to our residents safety and happiness and work as a family to support those needs.
Staff, families, residents and entire community has embraced the family model of the building.
Overall we're very, very happy, my mom has a bigger room, she doesn't have to share a bathroom, she could stay in her room for Medicaid which was huge for me and her so that's why we picked it and the staff is wonderful, they're like her family. The front desk is so helpful, I know all those people like family there. The aides there are very good, they talk with the residents and are very sweet to her and take care of her needs. If I can't get ahold of anybody they are good about sending a message. The chefs are always trying to make more meals and the things I've seen have been very good. My mom always says it's very good, it's balanced and the staff is trying to accommodate mom's needs, they know what she can and can't eat, they're very much on top of that and try really hard. Housekeeping does really good, they work real hard, and maintenance has gone above and beyond. Aida's great with activities, she comes up with new fun things and has the place decorated to make it cheery. There are games and outings and they always have outings for things, they bring entertainment in, she does a great job. They're painting and keeping things looking good, they're working on the doors and elevators, the grounds look great. It's a good value for what it is, it's very nice, clean and pretty, they keep it up. Jake's awesome, he is the head clinical person there and he's just on top of it, he calls me back and gets things ordered, he's got very good communication. I see him all the time face to face doing double checks and the aides are fabulous, they know mom and keep an extra eye on her, they visit with her. They do a really good job; we appreciate all that they do.
"...from the moment we visited the community and toured and had lunch to the time we moved C____into her apt, it has been wonderful. She has adjusted and made friends and loves the activities! She adjusted on day one which surprised us all!"
"oh I love it here, I don't have a husband to do things for me so everyone here helps me out!"
I like it just fine here! The food is good and they have lots of it!
The people here are very helpful. they make the building home
"I am a medical professional who works in the building but am not employed by Caley Ridge and find the clinical staff to be good and great communicators. The front desk is well informed, and the entire staff are sweet and wonderful. It has a home like quality and I would put my own relatives here!"
I like the dining experience; I enjoy eating with like minded people and it is always good conversation and good food!
"no one bothers me here, I can come and go and do as I please and I am safe"
the people here are great and so is the food~
The people are all good, both staff and neighbors!
Caley ridge has an easy atmosphere. It is very comfortable living here.
The people are wonderful as are the residents!

"The staff is very caring and wonderful"
"I like my friends here"
"the food is really good"
This is my home. I have lived her many years and feel blessed to be here.
I like the food and the people. It is a good place to live and I like to take my walks outside!
The staff was most accommodating to facilitate allowing us to have an exceptional dining experience with her, where the food was excellent (as I understand it always is). Our visit was truly a blessing, as the staff went out of their way to provide outstanding service, as I have found every time I visit each week. I am grateful my Mother is living at such a home, where it is obvious that all staff members (without exception that I have encountered) are so caring, and helpful. Thank You. Caley Ridge is an excellent place for my Mother to live.
I will forever be grateful to our friends at Caley Ridge for how they loved and help my client heal during this difficult time, and for how they continue to provide a wonderful place for her to live.
Caley Ridge provided a solution for my mother’s living and care needs as she approached her nineties and entered a challenging phase of her life. The administration and staff have been attentive and patient, making her feel welcome and providing a home where she can feel supported and loved. I am tremendously grateful for all that Caley Ridge has done to help our family.
We are so relieved that this is where we decided to move dad and have such peace of mind knowing that he is well taken care of and he is so very happy. We thank you Caley Ridge.
Caley Ridge Review My parents have been residents at Caley Ridge Assisted Living for the past year. There are many factors that contribute to our family’s high level of satisfaction with the community. At the top of our list is the care provided by Jacob (RN and Director of Clinical Services) and Mike (RN, Clinical Services.) Both Jacob and Mike are professional, responsive and exemplary communicators. They are conscientious about keeping me well-informed about my parents’ care. It gives us peace of mind knowing how mindful and caring they are with regard to my parents’ health and well-being. Caley Ridge has a partnership with an external health provider and it’s very easy and convenient for my parents to receive first-rate physical therapy on-site. I appreciate that Aida (Activities Director) coordinates many diverse activities for the residents and their families. The Mother’s Day Tea she organized was beautiful. Our experience with Caley Ridge started off on a positive note because of the great service provided by Debbie (Director of Sales and Marketing). We were faced with the daunting decision of finding assisted living for my parents somewhat suddenly. Debbie took the requsite time and carefully helped us understand the services available at Caley Ridge in order for us to make the best decision for our family. The staff at Caley Ridge are very friendly and collectively, they’ve created a nice environment in the community. Adele C.
When my father started showing signs of forgetfulness, I was concerned about him continuing to live on his own. I looked at many assisted living facilities in Denver and Caley Ridge stood out to me from the very start as a very welcoming place where my dad could get the care that he needed. My dad was not eager to move into assisted living but the transition was made much easier by Debbie and the rest of Caley Ridge by letting him pick out the apartment he liked, giving us a choice of services that best fit his needs and overall welcoming him to the community. Dad has now been at Caley Ridge for three years and our whole family is thankful he is in a very positive situation and we have peace of mind that he is in a much safer environment with the appropriate care for his situation.
“A few years ago we moved our mother to Colorado. We were in search for a loving, healthy Assisted Living Home for her and feel blessed we found Caley Ridge. My mother is happy, safe and still has her independence. Caley Ridge provides a wonderful social environment as well as planned activities to keep my mother active. They also provide us with peace of mind that our mother is well taken care of. Thank you Caley Ridge for taking such good care of our mother as she means the world to us.”
While she was there, I think all of the residents seemed very happy. My mom seemed to really like the healthcare staff and they seemed to love her, I think they did a good job. Maintenance was friendly and seemed helpful.
great community right up to the end of my husband's life
Beautiful community! Well managed! Top Notch!
Lovely, caring staff. Feel that my mom is safe there. Nice building, only problem is that when things break (ac, water pipes etc) it seems to take a very long time to fix them. Overall am very happy with my mom living there.
Great facility, even better staff, more like family!
My father just moved into Caley Ride Assisted Living and we really like it so far. We're satisfied with the price, services and accommodations provided so I know he feels safe and comfortable there. He occasionally goes shopping, the maintenance is good, activities and housekeeping are OK. Regarding his care services, he is happy with them, so overall it has been a pleasant experience.
The activities are very good. It is more then what I hear other places have. There is something every day even if she doesn’t participate in it. People come in and there is music and there is exercise. The care givers have been really good. The nurse Jacob has been very good and communication is excellent. Whenever there is an issue I can leave a voicemail or email and that works good. He has been extremely accommodating. I would definitely recommend it.
Right now management is excellent. The beauty of Caley Ridge is that things get done eventually. Problems get worked out. At this time the menu is very good. We have an excellent crew and there is a good cook. I am satisfied with the quality and variety. We have real good staff, they are kind and they really care. The housekeeping is very good. They work very hard. The maintenance is very good. We have wonderful people that are helping. They are very polite. The care services is good. I do use a walker but I don’t need assistance in the shower. If I need help I can get it. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. This is one of the best in Colorado.
My dad will be at Caley Ridge for almost two years and we have been satisfied with the services and accommodations provided thus far. When I call to check if someone can check on my dad, management is really good about that and they always have a smile on their faces. The people working in the kitchen seem to be very nice to the residents there and a resident can get something else from the menu if they want something different, so they really try to accommodate people's wishes. Maintenance on the actual building is always very well kept up and the laundry is always done nicely, folded and put away. Overall, it's been a pleasant experience for us at Caley Ridge.
The staff there, the people I interact with, Kendra at the front desk, Rebe, and Debbie are always great and friendly. There are great people that work there, very caring people. Ada, the Activities Coordinator, does an outstanding job. They really take their time to do social activities and take them places and do stuff so it's pretty good. The people doing maintenance are terrific. I would definitely recommend Caley Ridge all in all.
My mom has been living at Caley Ridge for 7 months and I have to say that Jake and Mike, the head nurses, are excellent! Debbie in the management department was very helpful during our move-in process as well. My mom loves the soup! She literally raves about the soup and can make a whole meal out of it. Her friends have been there for lunches and dinners with her, which we like because anyone can join her for a $5 fee. We've also used the room within the dining where you can have up to 12 people and have a private party. Donald is one of the dining room staff members that have been very helpful with my mom and assisting her during her meals. Even though my mom doesn't participate in many of the activities, the activity sheets made a very positive impact on us when we were choosing a facility. I have to say that this level of quality is just wonderful.
My mother lives at the community and I believe, for the most part, that the value is fair for the services received. Despite the few issues we have had I think it is a good place. I'm satisfied with her stay at Caley Ridge.
Overall I think the community was a good place for my mother. The activities were fine and they always offered a lot. Maintenance was helpful. The building was kept up nicely. The driver was really friendly the few times she used it. I think the caretakers were really good. I really liked the staff.
We particularly like Deana, she's great! Overall condition of the building is good. The value is definitely good.
Value is fair for the market.
I started checking places out and Caley Ridge was the third place I checked and I just liked the feel of it. It did seem more like a community than a nursing home and I never got a hospital feeling being there. Deb in management was very good, very personable, very friendly, very open and I got a good feeling about it from her as well. I've eaten there three times with my mom and I thought the food was good all three times. The housekeeping has also been good and they have been doing her laundry. Overall, I like that it feels like a community.
I've been really pleased and happy with the management. They're really good at communicating with me. I think the activities are really good. I get letters when they have events going on. I think my mom receives really good care. I've been really happy. I've eaten there with her several times and I think it's great. I think there is a good variety of food to choose from. She always gets what she wants to eat. I feel very comfortable knowing where she is with the care that she receives. Everything looks nice and clean and the residents are very comfortable. There are flowers and it's always very well maintained.
We chose them because they had wider halls, newer construction, and the fact that they also accepted private pay and Medicaid if that transition was needed, and without having to change my mom's room if that happens. Although there has been a change in management, they seem to be very responsive whenever I have any questions. They have some nice parties over there like wine and cheese or ice-cream, as well as different seasonal celebrations. Housekeeping is always really nice. She is comfortable and she said it's a really nice place and they take care of her. I find the aides to be respectful, knowledgeable and responsive. My mom has Glycoma so she has to be administered eye drops twice a day. The aide will literally track her down and give them to her on the spot. I really like and appreciate that.
I think the value is great; it's comparable in cost to anything in the area. We have made the offer for her to move any place else that she wants, like when she is complaining about the food or something, to which she says in response, “No, this is my home.” They have been great since the buy-out and turnover; we have not had any problems at all. She participates fully in the Bingo and card games which I guess for her stage in life is okay for her. She definitely gets to the store once per week so I don't know how they figure that out, but they make it happen. The management recognizes me when I walk in and they know who I belong to. I could knock on the door of the nurse and he knows exactly who I am, and why I might be there. She feels at home, and that is the best part.
I think the staff has been pretty good, they address anything I need. Maintenance address any issues, whatever needs to be fixed gets taken care of. I think the caretakers are pretty good. I think the activities are pretty good, I don't think she really participates but they're available. I'm generally satisfied with the services and accommodations.
They do have a policy that if my mother's policy runs out, they will accept Medicare payment. That adds value to me. That was the primary reason I selected it. I think the food is good. They certainly have a big variety. I think the caretakers are always cheerful, they respond pretty quickly, and they seem to do just about anything my mom needs done.
It seemed like a nicer facility than others that we looked at. The proximity to my house is close and it is very convenient. The nursing staff, the sales manager and financial manager has been very responsive. My sister seems to like it. I guess they play bingo a lot and card games and they have movies. It seems to be real clean. That is one of the reasons we chose this place.
My mother felt very comfortable and safe at the community, the care services in particular were very caring and very loving. I had great relationships with the management, they were awesome. There are always things for her to do and there were a lot of good activities. Although she did have to leave for increased care, I would recommend the community.
Right now the staff is amazing. It's at its top. The whole team is the best they ever had. Mike and Jacob, the nurses, they are amazing. Aida has done a wonderful job. She always interacts with them. Donna, in management, is running it really well. She's been the best that's ever been there. I would highly recommend the place.
It's a fair value. Management is great. The food is very good and the care staff is fine. We're a case management company and part of what we do is recommending facilities for people and we often recommend Caley Ridge.
We checked out several facilities in the Denver area and we chose Caley Ridge because it was the nicest place we found. Management has been very helpful and responsive, especially Debbie. She always seems to have time to help us with any problems, no matter how small. I've been very impressed with her attitude, helpfulness, and willingness to be there for us. There are certain caregivers that she's spoken highly of who have been considerate and thoughtful. My mom's spoken very highly about the activities. Especially the musical performers, she really enjoys those. She loves playing the piano, and she's had multiple opportunities to use it which has been great.
We have a new executive director and it sounds like she's permanent, that's working out better than it had been. I would say is has definitely been an improvement. They also got a new Dining Director. I think the food is better, the organization and service is better. The times I've been down there it's been great. Aida, in activities, is doing a great job; I think she's been the most consistent of everything going on over there. She tries to do what they want to do and keep things going, it sounds like a lot more people are participating and playing games and whatever she has planned. And she's asking them what they want to do and I think that's important. The nurses are the best, the two nurses they have right now are better than anyone they've ever had. If they see a concern they follow up right away and take care of it immediately.
