I am a daughter of a resident who has been at Vitality in Hudson for a year. The facility is fantastic and I am so grateful we found this place for our dad. The rooms are clean, bright and many have lovely views; the complex is on a lovely swath of land that is private, quiet and serene. The staff is friendly, caring and prompt with service, and management is extremely responsive, and communicative and seems determined to address any concerns. The staff is very attentive to residents' needs, calling on them if they are not at dinner at their usual time, as an example, to make sure they are ok. There are wonderful gatherings on a frequent basis that bring residents together, and there are also many activities (games, bingo, modified bowling, bible studies, social hours, etc.) that seem to be a lot of fun. Our father has so many new friends, we are overjoyed. His room is impeccably maintained (the floor is always vacuumed; the other day it was steam cleaned) and we know help is always a moment away. I could not recommend Vitality Hudson more highly.

Vitality Living Hudson was very nice. We were very impressed with the facility, but I didn't have any follow-up with them. I would like to have had more information afterward still, but we didn't pursue that. Our visit was very positive. It was very bright and cheerful. It looked like it was very well taken care of. It was very striking that it was very cheerful, bright, and had a lot of light. We were shown a model apartment, it was a one-bedroom, which was very, very nice. I realized it was a model, but it was very nicely furnished and decorated. It was an extremely nice apartment and a good size, too. It didn't feel like you were squished in. It was sort of a place where anybody would like to live. The dining room was also very bright and had a high ceiling. Overall, we were very, very, very impressed with the environment. They explained that there is a nurse who does an evaluation and they also get an evaluation from a doctor, so I think that process probably would answer our question. I think we were given lots of time and certainly had opportunities to ask questions when we were there. They had three meals a day. I took a glance at the menu, and it looked good, but I didn't have a chance to try anything.

I love this place for my parent. As far as services go, it's great. I do have 1 MAJOR issue. Rent is due on the 1st but my parents pension / SS arrives on the 15th. They charge a $250 late fee. Can't pay online or pay by CC.. when it was Atria this was never an issue.

I was impressed with how clean Vitality Living Hudson was. I liked the arrangement and the floor plan that they had for their two-bedroom. I also liked the floor plan of the bigger one-bedroom. What I did not like about the regular one-bedroom was the closet space was so tiny. I want a walk-in closet. I liked the brightness of it, and I liked that they had a swimming pool. I just don't want one of those regular one-bedrooms because they're just too small. I'm not going to cramp myself. I like the park setting. It's not on the major road. I toured and I also visited one friend there, but he was just in a studio and that I wouldn't even consider. The only one I had an interaction with was the tour guide and she was very pleasant and answered all my questions.

I toured Vitality Living Hudson. I like that they have two bedrooms. The other place has one bedroom and a studio, but they have two bedrooms, which I like better. I prefer two bedrooms better. The overall rooms are the same size, but two bedrooms will give me a chance to keep my room clean, and the other room I can use as a guest room. If I'm downsizing, I still have my stuff, but I don't like to bring them into a small room. They have real-size appliances. They have a full-sized refrigerator and a real stove. The staff answered all my questions and they even followed up. They've been calling me and asking me if I have any more questions and stuff like that. I like a little more brightness to the facilities, but it was closer to the hospital.

Vitality Living Hudson was a little bit too crowded for me, but it's very nice. The rooms were small. The staff was very good. I was told that they have a big pool, but I never saw it. They have balconies on their apartments and they've got 10 acres of area that you can walk around.
