This is not a good facility they are short on staff. They complain that they have too much work and unable to keep an eye on all 7-8 residents there. Which causes them not to see when a resident falls. The bathrooms are not clean. The staff is always sitting down in the recliner chairs with the their feet up or chit chatting about nothing that has to do with the residents. No entertainment or activities at all sometimes they don’t even have the tv on. Literally every resident is sitting staring into space. Do not be fooled. I’m sure there is better places than this and if it’s more money it’s worth it because this is not the place if you truly care about your loved one.
