Palms of Lake Spivey

This community is pretty pricey. The staff are very friendly, the community is very nice. I feel that my loved one if fairly well taken care of. They have activities like bingo and more for the residents to do to stay busy.

They have a lot of activities going on and our first impression right on the bat was just how friendly the staff and residents are.

I chose Palms of Lake because of the location as well as the value for the money. The apartment sizes here are really good. The location of the facility is great and there is a large number of apartments avilable. I would recommend to others looking.

It is pretty expensive, but most of the staff members have been very friendly. The activities are still pretty restricted and our loved one does say the food can be salty, bland and a lot of fried food. However, we would still recommend this community to others.

You know you never get a 2nd chance to make a first impression. Well the receptionist was Mother's first impression. She did not greet Mother as she entered. Did not say one word. Not one. She checked temperatures of others. Not mother. So a rude unprofessional receptionist was our first impression. Yet beyond her... we were pleased.

The community gives me peace of mind and I know my mother in law is safe. They have a great job with their covid plan. I would recommend this community to others.
