When you come to Alden, you are greeted by the smiling face of [name removed], then met with [name removed] who explains what apartments we have here. [name removed] handles all financial questions. We have the finest nurses and CNAs under the direction of [name removed]. [name removed] who takes care of all work orders. [name removed] and staff do a great job with the activities here. [name removed] does an excellent job in menu planning. He and his staff do a wonderful job. [name removed] is our Director. She, with the help from all of those named above, have kept us healthy and safe. I recently fell near the lobby. As I laid there, I saw [name removed] & 3 CNAs come to my aid. They got a belt and put it around me and told me to put my feet forward. They pulled me up & gave me my cane. I am very thankful to all who helped me. I think that God was showing me and my family what a great place I’m living at! Take it from me, there is no better place than Alden Gardens of Bloomingdale.

I liked this community very well. This was actually my first choice but they did not have the availability right away like we needed. It was a little smaller and dated but the feeling was nice. I liked this community very well. This was actually my first choice but they did not have the availability right away like we needed. It was a little smaller and dated but the feeling was nice. Some of the rooms were bigger and that was nice also compared to other communities. This community was also a lot more diversified and the tour guide had been there for 14 years and was amazing.

The Alden Gardens community is very clean and very pretty. The staff members were all very welcoming. We would certainly recommend this community to other families.

Very helpful with initial phone call and visit. We’re looking for assisted living for our 93 year old dad. Alden Garden has met and exceeded all our expectations. Thank you to Krystyna for helping us with the process.

What is Alden Gardens of Bloomingdale? It is located at 285 East Army Trail Road, Bloomingdale, IL 60108. When you first enter the building, there is a smiling face greeting you, [name removed]: “Hi, may I help you?” She will steer you to [name removed], [name removed] or [name removed] to help you. These individuals are very knowledgeable about this location. This five-story building is very clean. When walking the hall, you will see railings on both sides, in order to help us stay up. They really help. [Name removed] heads up the maintenance department. Just remember to fill out a work order form at the front desk and he will always get to you to help you with your problems. The nursing staff consists of four outstanding RNs under the guidance of [name removed]. They are there when we fall in the hall, in the lunchroom or apartment. They also answer questions we may have about our medications. All of the CNAs are great with helping with walkers, wheel chairs and giving our medications. Some of us need assistance with personal grooming, bathing and dressing. There is also Home Health Agency located on the first floor. Nurse [name removed] and two therapists, one physical and occupational, have helped many residents with their rehab. [Name removed] heads up the lunchroom staff. The menus show good planning. We have so much to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There re no assigned seats and most of the residents are very courteous. [Name removed] has her hands full for heading up the activities. Just think: how would you like to try keeping close to ninety (90) residents busy, enjoying the days when it’s raining or snowing outside? She does a wonderful job with her staff. We have snacks for the residents that can be picked up at the front desk. Plus, there is a hospitality cart every Friday that goes to every floor. A beauty shop is located on the first floor and is for both men and women. You can check for time scheduled at the front desk. The trash room has bins for recyclable items and to throw the trash down the shoot. We have laundry rooms on the 2nd through 5th floors. These are a few of the remarkable thing that make us enjoy our stay at Alden Gardens of Bloomingdale.

My Mother has been here for 1 year. This is a great facility. The staff andnurses cna are very attentative. I cant say enough on how nice this place is. Very happy!
