We liked the physical structure of Franciscan Village. We liked the layout of the exterior, the community where it's located, and the setting. It's in a nice wooded area that's pleasant and a little out of the way. The layouts of the independent living cabins/housing units were nice and spread out a little bit. They've got a common area, a chapel, and a bistro place. It was all very nice. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

My wife is now in the Franciscan Village. We chose this place because it's run by a Catholic order of nuns. They have a beautiful chapel inside the building, they have a priest 24-7, and they have deacons that come and give communion. So that was a big part of our decision. They have a game room and...

My wife is now in the Franciscan Village. We chose this place because it's run by a Catholic order of nuns. They have a beautiful chapel inside the building, they have a priest 24-7, and they have deacons that come and give communion. So that was a big part of our decision. They have a game room and every day they offer people to come and do crosswords, bingo, and art projects. They do stuff typical to most nursing homes, especially at the rehab or memory care level. The nurses are great though they're always short of aides, I found that to be the same in many places. The food is tolerable, it's acceptable. Sometimes it's good but sometimes I'd go out to get my wife a cheeseburger, sometimes their food comes in cold. The bathroom is tiny but everything else is pretty good. I'm paying $10,400 a month basic plus laundry service, plus incontinence supplies. I think it's very, very expensive for these things but all nursing homes are way too expensive.

I really love working there. Everyone is so nice. I am handicapped suffer from Multiple Sclerosis. And they still hired me. There the best!

I wouldn''t work at franscian village especially in there Our Lady of Victory building. No supervisor they hired staff that are stealing medicine out of the residents cabinets also they hiring staff and they are stealing money out of the residents room and even the police was called. Management knew...

I wouldn''t work at franscian village especially in there Our Lady of Victory building. No supervisor they hired staff that are stealing medicine out of the residents cabinets also they hiring staff and they are stealing money out of the residents room and even the police was called. Management knew about it and still done nothing. There staff dress unprofessional they are coming to work with bonnents on there heads. Also the staff isn''t doing there jobs. Rooms not clean residents left soiled. Staff arguing on camera. And management says corporate don''t care about us. You have a team lead that don''t train the new hire or when agency come in. She don''t do the requirements that her job description is. And management make excues for her. This is not a good place too work. You have residents falling and staff don''t no what to do. I wouldn''t recommend working here
