Still waiting on the refund of my mother's money......7 months later. Not a single phone call has been returned from corporate offices of Car Don. One refund check was supposedly send to the wrong address, second check could not be deposited as it was a "defective" check. Two wire transfers have been promised, neither of which has arrived.

I would caution anyone who is looking into Bell Trace for their parents. My mother's time there was fine, however she moved out in April of 2021. Since then, she has been waiting on the refund of her "buy-in." The amount is over six digits! She was promised a check in July, which never came. Another check was sent which was "defective" according to US Bank, it could not be cashed. She has now been promised a wire transfer, not once but twice, which still has not arrived. We are now at the end of October and no one will return our calls from corporate offices of Car Don! I am now in contact with a lawyer. The stress of dealing with this for months is taking a toll on my mother. Be careful with this company.
