This place steals loved ones possessions. This place lets loved ones sit and sleep in chairs and sofas rather than do something about abusive patients in rooms. The manager at Thornton Terrace does not give a rip about the patients and their well being. They think that folks with dementia and other medical issues can make decisions which can affect their well being. Wrong. Get a grip.
