Holly Hays-Kiker Source - A Place for Mom November 2020

Divine Care Homes has a "real home" atmosphere. This residence provides personal care and supervised nursing to those who have limitations in activities of daily living. [name removed] has went the extra mile to make it comfortable and inviting.

I placed a call to inquire information for my father. They offered a virtual tour and answered all my questions and so much more. I was very unsure about any of this with Covid-19 going on, the staff was wonderful explaining everything in detail their process. I was able to take tour of this home virtually and options for living spaces available. The home is very cute and you can tell when you tour whom ever put their heart into it, very warm and inviting. We are planning to visit the home after the holidays, as I wanted to start the process for my dad to have time to think this all out. The staff was very friendly and understanding of our situation. I’m glad I made this call!

Great place! Great people!

Mary Source - August 2020

Called to inquire about services, able to get questions answered and set up a virtual tour! Tour given very cute home, I think my mom will enjoy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Sounds to be a good choice for us with it being a home that cares for only a handful of people. I definitely will recommend this place!

This place is a joke. We put my grandpa who is near the last stage of dementia in their care. He was at one house for 2 days then moved to one of their other facilities and they now won't accept Medicaid until we pay for a year and a half. They also raised our rate from I believe 5,000 a month to 7,500 a month. Which is the opposite of what they said would happen. They reassured us that our cost wouldn't go up if he was needing extra care or if he was moved. Now we are struggling to find another place because of their lies.

I wouldn't put all your faith in them. Their office staff are very unprofessional and make prejudice decisions.
