In anticipation of the future for a friend I called to inquire about Symphony Manor. The person I spoke to was extremely helpful. She was not at all put out about the fact we are still in the beginning stages of thinking about the future. She answered all our questions completely and offered helpful advise on things we had not even thought of yet. She was open and honest and did not hesitate to discuss price, services and facilities. We got an excellent feelIng about the facility. A very positive experience and will go visit.

My mother has lived at Symphony Manor for over four years. The staff always greets mom with a warm "hello" and it makes my mom feel very safe and comfortable. The activities are stimulating and engaging. The staff has so many types of things to do every week! Happy hours, concerts, trivia, crafts, movies, educational seminars, day trips, etc. There are truly too many activities to name and ALL coordinated by their devoted, caring staff! I even get hugs when I come to visit!!!! It seems like the staff can read your mind about the difficulties of having a parent who just doesn't know who you are anymore. I am grateful to Symphony Manor and all who work there because they help my mom live comfortably and with dignity each day. Carole

Symphony Manor has exceeded my expectations for my wife in assisted living. The facility is very well run and managed. The nursing staff and aides are very caring and supportive of resident individual needs which I have really appreciated. There are wonderful activities planned throughout every week, most on site, and others are trips to local attractions, theater, and restaurants. Having dined with my wife on several occasions, the food is excellent.

"It is difficult leaving your home after the many years you have spent there. After considering several assisted living facilities, I suddenly remembered visiting a friend Betsy Ness, about 4 years ago at Sympathy Manor to play cards with a group of friends. We were all impressed about how friendly everyone had been. I mentioned this to my son, and he suggested that we contact them. We did and felt the presence of friendship, cleanliness and care."
