We chose Hart Heritage because it was much more attractive, pricing was comparable to others we looked into, and it was very clean. The location is also great as well. The room sizes are adequate for my mom. I do think that they could offer more activities for the residents each day. I would recommend to others who are looking.

For the amount of money you pay, take your elders somewhere else. This place is a train wreck and basically kills your elders faster. Bathrooms smell like a mix of mold and marijuana and the residents are just complete buttheads

They claim they do and put up a happy front but my mother had oiss rashes like wtf. Moved her out of there and she hasnt complained once yet. They blame it on dementia and stuff but funny how my mom hasnt complained at the new facility even once. And her rash is gone. Gross place yuck. Not worth the money for the awful care

My grandfather was located at this place prior. I got him out(thankfully i know now) the place reeked of chemicals. So strong like it burnt the nose. The carpet design is a terrible choice for people with dementia, i work in the medical field and thats just a weird distraction for their mind. The food looked cheap, the care and respect looked cheap, and just the entire functioning looked cheap. Looked to be many health code violations as well when it comes to the residents. Not worth the money. 1 star. If i could give 0 i would.
