We chose The Parc at Harbor View for my aunt. It's very warm, cozy, and beautiful; beautiful in architecture, and everything about it. It's a nice, warm place when you first step in. The staff is very attentive to the clients. The food is fantastic, and the residents are very happy. Lots of activities. They have bingo, trips, arts and crafts, they have a welcoming party when you first come in which is a phenomenal thing. A welcome dinner which made her really at home with a deejay, food, and family invited. It was a nice experience when you first came in.

The common areas and the couple of rooms we looked at were very nice. There was a garden out back, which seemed wonderful. My aunt prefers to spend her time out...

I spoke with a woman, Katie, at The Parc at Harbor View. She was very helpful. I thought the layout was great. It was tidy and a nice area. The common areas and the couple of rooms we looked at were very nice. There was a garden out back, which seemed wonderful. My aunt prefers to spend her time outdoors in a garden area. It was better than the other place we toured. Overall, it was a positive visit. It was between meals when we went, so it was relatively quiet. We saw a bunch of folks who just seemed to be relaxing in the common areas. The dining area was very nice. The pub was also quite nice. The natural lighting was great. The layout was nice, and the place was tidy. The place looked very nice.

I highly recommend The Parc at Harbor View. It is local and they are very friendly, very caring, and supportive. My mom is in memory care and our move-in experience was excellent. I highly recommend The Parc at Harbor View. It is local and they are very friendly, very caring, and supportive. My mom is in memory care and our move-in experience was excellent. They were very helpful. She seems to enjoy the meals. It is very clean and they have excellent housekeeping. If there's any issue that comes up, they are very quick to call. They offer bingo, sing-alongs, and movies, too.

The personnel and especially the aids at The Parc at Harbor View are caring and treat my parents very well. The facility and the food could use some improvement.

Weekday staff is great. Weekend receptionist is rude to my mother . She eats at the desk, watches tv at the desk and reads at the desk. She acts inconvenienced by residents and barely says hello. Weekday staff is great. Weekend receptionist is rude to my mother . She eats at the desk, watches tv at the desk and reads at the desk. She acts inconvenienced by residents and barely says hello. Fast forward to 2022 everyone there is doing someone else’s job and not very well! Very concerned that people I know are removing their loved ones. dont expect weekend activities even though we pay for services 7 days a week. in dire need of a qualified activities director. they are using the former receptionist and a kitchen helper.

The staff at Parc go above and beyond to take care of their residents even in challenging circumstances. My Aunt has been in assisted living for over 5 years and can''t wait to return home. Hopefully all residents will be home for holidays, our family is extremely grateful for everyone at Parc!
