The apartment size is pretty good, I have a 2 bedroom and it is not quite big enough for all that I have but it is working out and I am getting used to it. The value for the money is really good here. I would recommend Lockwood of Fenton to others looking for independent living.

Lockwood of Fenton is very expensive and if you live here, you have to not need any assistance. it's not so much the community, its the Lockwood corporation - I don't think they treat their tenants and future tenants very well. there is no grace period, so when you sign a lease even if you call back...

Lockwood of Fenton is very expensive and if you live here, you have to not need any assistance. it's not so much the community, its the Lockwood corporation - I don't think they treat their tenants and future tenants very well. there is no grace period, so when you sign a lease even if you call back the next day, you are stuck with that lease. some communities give you so many days until the lease is finalized. people that are looking into Lockwood should be expected to not change their mind because you will be tied into very expensive proposition. other than that, it physically looks nice and the staff are friendly.

it's taking us a while to get our apartment settled, but so far we like what we've seen. It's quite pretty. My apartment is smaller than I thought, but overall I feel it meets my needs. The staff are very nice. They seem to offer a lot of activities. I would have liked if they had a swimming pool for seniors to exercise. But I like the food. The soup is very flavorful, and I enjoy the pudding. I feel like the chef makes an extra effort to make it nice for us.

We are happy that Mom is safe in this lovely building. We have found the staff to be mostly helpful and kind, esp the Medical Team who provide services only as we need them which I think keeps costs reasonable. We are happy that Mom is safe in this lovely building. We have found the staff to be mostly helpful and kind, esp the Medical Team who provide services only as we need them which I think keeps costs reasonable. The Affordable Housing options are wonderful and the leasing consultant shepherded us skillfully thru that process. It will never be the same as "home," but we - and Mom - are generally satisfied.

The community has a lot to offer. The move was really good for my loved one. It's nice to know that there are people around in case anything happens. The chef just changed and the residents are grumbling a little bit.

Lockwood of Fenton is a wonderful community to live in. Better than living alone in your home. Staff is great!
