I toured Grace Senior Living of Lake Orion and the facility was gorgeous. However, the sales woman that conducted our tour was not willing to work with us. I'm unsure if she was the accessor, but we let her know about some of my dads issues. She let us know that if he could get his behavior together...

I toured Grace Senior Living of Lake Orion and the facility was gorgeous. However, the sales woman that conducted our tour was not willing to work with us. I'm unsure if she was the accessor, but we let her know about some of my dads issues. She let us know that if he could get his behavior together he could move in; but we were moving him because of, and to improve his behavior. She tried to be very polite, but her response(s) came off a bit snobby. Grace Senior Living has a beautiful community with a lot of amenities offered, and things to do. I even spoke to some of the workers and they seemed very nice. I also wanted to move my dad there because there were a lot of male residents. The staff told us that he would've been able to have a male aide the entire time; but the sales woman was so against us moving him in.

Grace Senior Living was exceptional, everything about this community is a 5+. They went way way out their way to take extreme care of our loved one and the time we spent with her was priceless. Grace Senior Living was exceptional, everything about this community is a 5+. They went way way out their way to take extreme care of our loved one and the time we spent with her was priceless. During the pandemic they did everything to let us see her, the staff were very accommodating. They did everything for us financially, they let us see her morning, day and night. We still had to follow all the precautions but they were amazing. I would go there in a heartbeat.

It was a beautiful facility. It's wonderful, they have caring people, and it's a great location for us. We're really excited at the prospect of having our mother live there. I think she'd be well cared for and stimulated with the activities. We're just very impressed. It's brand new, but it's a love...

I know someone whose father is living there, and she said the food is really excellent. We didn't eat any ourselves, but I know the chef, and he's a wonderful chef. I've heard nothing but rave reviews about the food. The people we met were just very lovely, caring, informative, and very impressive.

So far the community has been good. The community has an open door policy to help socialize with other residents in the afternoon. They interact well with the residents. The food is outstanding. Even during the pandemic they all ate in the dining room. The staff has made great efforts to get to...

Even during the pandemic they all ate in the dining room. The staff has made great efforts to get to know the residents. The administrative team goes around and talks to the residents each team.

The community is very caring, responsive, and has a good ratio of staff. They are friendly and it is a brand new, lovely community. The communication with the staff is good. I initiate a lot of calls to check on my loved one. My sister though thinks they are good to work with.
