We are very fond of Sunrise of Troy and it is within our top 2. It had a very strict Covid protocol where you answer very extensive questions and had to take your temperature. I find that the facility is absolutely beautiful. It is very clean. The facility is located in a busy intersection but it has a lot of nature in the back, so I like that. Everybody we met there was very nice. They have a cat on the memory care side, which I like, and they used to have a dog in assisted living, which I love. I think that's just like a little piece of home for the residents who had animals. They also have lots of activities for their residents. The views of the rooms that we looked at were very pretty, looking out into the courtyard or the trees. The rooms that I saw had a small kitchenette with a built-in fridge, a microwave, and a sink.

So far with our loved one moving to this community we are very satisfied with the services they have to offer. Have my father in Sunrise of Troy "Road to Home program". I was not sure what to expect but Sunrise delivered on their promises of the level of care for my father. What has really stood out to me are the people who work at Sunrise of Troy. They really do care about the people they are taking care of. Everyone participates in his care from caregivers, aids, nurses, food preparer, and all of upper management on a daily basis. Are they perfect no, but do they do an excellent job, YES! I highly recommend Sunrise of Troy, they are a well run organization, all working together to provide family care for my father.

Everybody here is nice, happy and very friendly.

I went to Sunrise of Troy. It was a nice facility, it looked like it had all the treatment my brother would have needed. Well, it was a nice facility, it looked like it had all the treatment my brother would have needed. I met a few of the staff, everything about the facility was good, and the living arrangements were good. The medical staff was good, they provided transportation to doctors, all of those things available to me, so they were all very nice. They have a living room area, a little kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with a walk-in shower. The layout of the room was fine, pretty open, and well-lit. The rooms were nice. They had a dining area, which was a nice size.
