Sometimes it is hard to get a consistent person to check on my loved one and share this with family. The requests we had with my loved one hasn't been shared with all of the staff as I would have liked. The food is really good and my loved one seems to enjoy it.

It's a beautiful facility. The amenities are fairly good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They're very kind and caring. I just don't feel they're staffed well enough to deal with memory care, especially regarding activities.

I saw independent and assisted living at Rivertown Ridge. It's new. The apartments were beautiful and up-to-date, had beautiful finishes, and a large kitchen. It was a nice facility. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They offer transportation to local stores and things like that. They don't have as many onsite amenities as some of the other places we looked at though.

This community was too modern for my loved one and a little too cold for the type of environment that she would like to be in.
