This facility is a good place. It offers a lot of different activities. It has great areas for friends and family to come visit. The only reason I didn't give it a five star rating was because of poor communication with staff. Not only with the residents, but also among staff. It's very hard to get ahold of any staff member on the phone. There was an incident that a work order was put in to fix something and when no one showed for 5 days it was discovered that the work order was never put in their system to be done.

I liked the Affinity at Ramsey. The layout of the apartment that I'm interested in is very nice. The rooms were a good enough size where I could get all my furniture in them. I liked the Affinity at Ramsey. The layout of the apartment that I'm interested in is very nice. The rooms were a good enough size where I could get all my furniture in them. You have underground parking that's included as well. I liked the location of the dog park right outside the building, so you don't have to walk a distance. Nanea toured me and she was fantastic. They've got a courtyard patio, a barbecue area, a lake by walking areas, relatively close shopping areas, an exercise gym, a swimming pool, gardens where they planted some tomatoes, a hot tub, pool tables, and a bar that you can use. It's a nice facility.

Even at times with the staff members being understaffed they are extremely friendly. There are so many activities here you can really be as busy as you would like. They have different water aerobics classes for beginners and advance. They have senior chair yoga, a golf simulator, pickle ball and woo...

Even at times with the staff members being understaffed they are extremely friendly. There are so many activities here you can really be as busy as you would like. They have different water aerobics classes for beginners and advance. They have senior chair yoga, a golf simulator, pickle ball and wood carving. They also have a pub here so on Friday's we are able to have a happy hour there. We don't have meals here but on every Thursday with no time limit we are able to get coffee and donuts and mingle with whoever. This is a great place for everyone no matter if you are single or a couple. We absolutely love it here.

They offer a lot of activities like pool and chair exercise, veteran meal meet up, bible study, etc. Transportation is not included. Pets are allowed with a monthly pet rent and deposit as well. The staff has been really good and accommodating. They know their residents pretty well. The residents are very friendly.

Overall it's been a good experience. They were good at getting my dad in and settled. They have plenty of activities and things to do if he chooses to participate. The apartments are great. For the price, it's a decent-sized apartment and comes with all the amenities, including a washer and drye...
