Communicating w/the residents. Caring for the residents, but evening & night shift doesn't have nearly enough help.. Alicia [Name Redacted], Elizabeth, Kathy, Mindy, Sam, Colton are some of the best employees, best people anywhere. It would be very helpful to the residents if their meats were cut into bit size pieces. That would help them chew their food better & make it less likely to choke.

Overall, we are very pleased with every aspect of our loved one's care. The administrator, activities director, and all CMA's/cooks are wonderful to our loved one and to the family members!!! They say that no facility is perfect, but Ravenwood comes as close to being perfect as any facility could be except for one aspect of our loved one's care, which is noted in the next section.

Staff is honest, caring & concerned Attempt to make setting home like Listen's to my mom - makes changes if they can to meet her needs. Facility is getting dated Needs a facelift Staffing - always understaffed Mom has to wait on her bath which she dislikes

(UNREADABLE). My toe nail needs fixing.

Responsiveness of administrator.

Cheryl and Lynn are very hard workers. I think most are really good to the residents and have close relationships with them. My dad asked for a trip to the bowling alley. He was thrilled when they all went and now plan to go every other month. Great job. Overall Alisha and all are easy to talk with and always available.. Doctor willing to make in house call. The staff is quick to send resident to emergency room when it's often not necessary. The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. My dad has lived in the same room for 3+ years. The carpet is nasty and walls need to be cleaned. General up keep of the room is not done. The residents really enjoy playing BINGO. This used to be done most weekdays and it has been cut back to a day or two a week.

The treatment and concern that dad receives from staff members is phenomenal! They are respectful, watchful, helpful, and treat him like a family member. They are accommodating to family members and have an easy way of guiding & re-directing dad without making him feel unimportant or inadequate.. Dad has always been a professional man, clean shaven and a snappy dresser. It has been upsetting to him not to be shaved every day, and also not to have adequate room for his clothing. Although he does not dress like he used to, the clothes he keeps are jammed into a small space, haphazard and wrinkled. Also, he has clothing that is not his own, and others have worn his items. Same with the bedding. Not having his own bedding has been disconcerting for him.. Overall, we are very pleased with everything. We love your staff members, and feel fortunate and confident that dad couldn't have better care. We don't worry about him at Ravenwood!

Working with resident to include them in activities and making them fell a part of the community.. We are very pleased with the kind and caring staff and the care given.
