We've utilized The Waterford for respite stays, and we loved it. We would have put my loved one there long-term except they don't have memory care. Even though the building is old, the people were so nice. The care was great. And the food was good.

The internal communication and response time could be improved, however our loved one is very happy with the meals and dining service and all the activities that are offered. The Waterford is also pet friendly which was a huge thing for us.

Enjoyed the visit. People were very friendly and helpful. Had a chance to see the premises and go into a room. Got some additional information and picked up a nice informative brochure. Brooke had a follow to see how everything went.
