Woodhaven Court

My family member has been at Woodhaven Court for a number of years. The staff is loving and caring. They have handled the COVID crisis GREAT. For all these residents to be in "lock down" for so long, the staff keeps them active as much as possible both physically and mentally. I really appreciate all they do for the residents. THANK YOU WOODHAVEN COURT!!!

My mother has been at Woodhaven for almost 2 years. The staff have been so kind, helpful, and caring especially during the last most of COVID. It is a small facility and my mom and our family have been treated with respect , dignity and love. Thank you ❤️❤️

I have a friends mom in there they took her phone away so they couldn’t communicate well it’s sad herd employees slept or nowhere to be found at times

Iv visited Woodhaven court it is not as it is represented some staff don’t care about residents some bullied them saw many on phones no communication with staff

Was looking for a place for my wife but went and this place is nothing like was said in description no chapel no library and I wouldn’t be aloud to visit her the room are run down for the price should been better need change description not what is said and saw employed on phone sitting at desk like it don’t matter don’t go here with your family member

Put my mom in thinking they was a chapel and library there’s not and rooms are run down I’m move mom ASAP was also told no deaths ever there but has been they lie and I got bad vibes from some there mom says food is ok but no choice if she don’t like what they had she didn’t get eat snacks are not always given staff acts like they don’t care

Employees are loud or never seen on third my great aunt walks hall can fall said they sleep on couch idk why she has walk up and wake someone to help her

My daughter worked there she was Imtimidated then when she was nice enough to call say she quit ms Bates wanted know who she talked to FYI I’m her dad my son her brother is in law enforcement her sis is in 911 dispatch and other members proudly serve our country she did ask us what we thought she would do because on staff member said to her she has concealed carry and a gun hid in her care way people are now says and my grandkids done lost there dad we all told her to quit it’s sad when you can’t trust no one

This place has no spa no library nothing as mentioned wish I had kept my mom at home with me but couldn’t ants are in rooms my mom had said and now covid just got over most them having it

My mom worked there was over worked under paid not everyone cared like she did hope something done..she come home so tired felt sorry for her ...residents had no rights as I saw they couldn’t make nor have a choice

I told many times that staff leaves on clock or sleeps morning staff most are late evening staff dose half there jobs a lot wrong here just hope residents family find out soon

I got yelled at was not respected ants and spiders and I herd bed bugs was in there cable was out a lot no chapel nor library disappointed won’t leave name still there till covid over

Was in there couldn’t see my family nor call my pet nor family could come see me my room mate died why I was in room nowhere else to go night time hardly saw staff

Was nothing like described my dog couldn’t come see me I left faster than came food had no choice no libery or chapel disappointed dont go can’t see or speak to family

We live 35 minutes away, but heard so many wonderful things about Woodhaven Court we knew it would be worth the drive for our mom. Everyone is so caring and makes you feel so welcome. Great care, clean, and feels like home. 5 stars!!

Woodhaven Court is a wonderful community! Very clean and the staff is amazing. Everyone makes you feel like family and all the residents are so nice and friendly. I'm glad we choose this community. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place. Great care by a staff that is passionate. Super clean! Our family would reccomend Woodhaven Court to anyone in the area. They made us feel like family.
