Usually a facility is known to be excellent or poor considering management. In this case, this facility is run poorly. The staff is very argumentative with residents including the executive director and uses profane language towards residents as well. The executive director and the resident care coordinator do not like the residents to ask any form of questions at all they want to be dictators and since the covid-19 began they're set restrictions they don't adhere to themselves.
