Heritage Care of Conover

DISGUSTED, that I wasted a year of my moms life here!! More of an institution than assisted living. My mothers money was stolen, her food was stolen, and they couldn't keep the men out of her room at night. Food was terrible and some days was a bowl of watered down soup. They do not do diabetic meals, but tell you they can. Promises, promises. Some days she went a week or more without a shower or bath. I knew more about my moms medicine than the facility did. The owners sadly responded poorly and will not contact you back! Check, check, double check, before you leave your love ones in a facility. Sadly mom was very attached to a couple of residents, leaving them behind was very hard.

Terrible care if you can get any. Staff steals money and personal belongings and the administrator M.H. does nothing about it and could care less. If there is an issue between resident and staff she will ALWAYS take staffs side leaving the resident to do for themselves but wants her money in time. Provides terrible food and makes out its the best she can get. It's one of 4 places i have been over 8 years and by far the worst. You will regret ever going there so don't chance it. Treats residents like crap yelling at them and talking down to them and will lik you straight in the face and tell you a lie you'r vest bet is to just not get involved with this facility it's a mess and the administrator was already once terminated for missing narcotics from her med cart and was hooked back by different administration simply just DON'T GO THERE
