My dad lived at a Bright Horizon Senior Care home for 10 months. It was a very peaceful and happy home for him and I''m grateful this is where he could stay until his death. Our family appreciated the kind and attentive staff. (You can''t beat the 1 to 3 ratio of staff vs. residents.) The home was always clean and welcoming. Most of the staff loved to cook and Dad enjoyed these homemade meals.

I can never say enough great words about Viktoriya and the staff at Bright Horizons. The peace in my mind down to every minute each day knowing that my Mom was in great care will stay with me forever. Our family always felt welcome and my Mom treated with dignity and respect every day. Having a parent in care is a difficult choice, we are so glad we made the right choice with Bright Horizons. Truly a blessing.

Mom has been living at Bright Horizon Senior Care for 3 1/2 years. They are caring, competent, careful, consistent and completely trustworthy. Professional, and responsive. Anyone would be lucky to be with Viktoriya and her staff.

I am very pleased with Bright Horizon Senior care,Victoria and her team are great, they take care of my grandmother, she is very happy to be there, place is clean, comfortable and the location is great.

We found Bright Horizons nearly a year ago while we were looking for the next level of care my mother needs as her dementia progresses and she is not able to live independently any longer. We selected Bright Horizons after touring a large group of possibilities. Mom no longer can live independently and BH provides a cheery, friendly, safe environment with 24/7 care. The Lake Boone Trail facility is close to Rex UNC Hospital and near all of mom's specialty medical providers. With Doctors Making House Calls and mom's pharmacy needs being taken care of in-house, it has greatly simplified mom's care. She has a much greater level of socialization based on interactions with the ladies resident in the facility and the CNAs who work there. We love the facility and the care mom is getting. It is professional and very personalized.
