Poorly managed and abusive to residents. My father-in-law was there for 8 nights. Rated at far end of care needs but punished when those needs were mismanaged. Inexperienced coverage while Ex Dir on vacation resulted in 911/police/EMS for an upset confused dementia patient/resident. Bad enough they called 911 but then waited almost 3 hours to call us AFTER he had been transported ALONE to hospital with no other motive than to kick him out per their protocol!!! Do not take your loved one there! If there were zero stars I would give that....they do not belong in the business of caring for elderly needy people....how they are still in business is BEYOND me.
