Overture Crabtree 55+ Apartment Homes was good. I enjoyed it. They took me through the whole building and showed me the different activities that they have for the tenants. And I'm looking forward to moving in. They have a game room, they have a pool, they have a place where you can sit and read, and they have a workout center. The apartments have wooden floors and brand-new cabinetry. They were nice. They have stainless steel appliances and a walk-in closet. Everything is included, including all the appliances like the microwave, the refrigerator, and the dishwasher. The tour was very good. The leasing officer showed me everything. She showed me the different rec rooms that they have. The person who took me around was very friendly. She was very clear and very articulate. She explained everything, every detail. She made me feel very welcome. They were having a Halloween party at the time, and they invited me. The food was very nice. The people in attendance were very nice. I loved it.

Overture Crabtree 55+ Apartment Homes is a nice community. It's built maybe five or six years ago, it's not that old. I like their apartment. I'm taking a one-bedroom apartment in that community. Since I lived in the neighborhood, I knew that community for a long time. When I started to look, that's the place I went. I went to a couple of more places but that was my favorite. The staff was very, very helpful.

My friend and I visited Overture in Raleigh. Alicia spent 3 hours with us. We viewed several available apartments — each of us with different requirements. My friend and I visited Overture in Raleigh. Alicia spent 3 hours with us. We viewed several available apartments — each of us with different requirements. Alicia was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. The facility looks brand new, with a secure garage, and additional storage available. It is very well maintained and well located in N Raleigh. There are many options available with different layouts and views/exposures.

Overture Crabtree was nice, and it's a relatively new facility. It had nice amenities, and the location was good if you want to be downtown. I can't comment on the staff because I haven't had any interaction with them, but the people during the visit were courteous, polite, and accommodating. The covered parking with easy access to every level was good. The only drawback is that you're downtown, so there's no park setting. I thought the prices were too high at the Overture for the amount of space. You still had to drive -- it's not like you can walk downtown or anything like that -- but it's relatively close to downtown.

I think they need to try and bring some more activities into the property. A lot of people are dissatisfied that they are missing something that they thought they would be getting. I think they need to try and bring some more activities into the property. A lot of people are dissatisfied that they are missing something that they thought they would be getting. A lot of residents tend to get into their own groups which can be good for some people, and not so good for others. I do not think you get your bang for your buck here. If I knew today what I know now, I would have chosen a different community.
