The community offers floor plans for independent living, showcasing light-filled spaces with ample storage. Brookdale Trillium Crossing offers various services that give residents additional support if needed or desired, including laundry services, 24-hour security and maintenance assistance. 

Assisted living residents receive care tailored to their unique needs, and the staff are on hand to provide support, assistance, and encouragement with activities of daily living. These activities may include bathing, dressing or transferring in and out of a chair or bed. Staff can also help with medications, helping residents manage their routine worry-free. Apartments feature emergency call systems, helping residents live with confidence, security, and peace of mind.

We’re a charming independent living and assisted living community in Columbus, Ohio. Our campus has resort-like amenities, restaurant-style dining and the convenience of being just a short drive away from downtown Columbus and all that the city has to offer.

At Brookdale Trillium Crossing, we believe chores are overrated. So we’ll tackle the cooking, cleaning and home maintenance on your behalf. You’ll love meeting friends in our restaurant-style dining room for delicious entrees like filet mignon, baked almondine trout and chicken stroganoff. How does topping that off with a warm slice of Dutch Apple pie or butter pecan ice cream sound?  And if you need little extra assistance, our specialty-trained caregivers will help with:

• Managing medications

• Daily living activities like bathing, dressing and personal grooming 

• Coordinating your care with outside healthcare providers

We offer many ways to stay active. Residents love partaking in our Wii bowling league or gathering for a game of Bridge. Our cozy apartments come in more than a dozen floor plans, so you can feel confident that you’ll find the home that’s right for you. We have studio apartments, all the way up to large two-bedroom units with multiple bathrooms and a 70-square foot balcony. And since we’re pet-friendly, your furry friend can move in too. Additional amenities to enjoy include:
