Mom has been at Maplewood at Twinsburg since 2019 and has received excellent care. Beautiful facility with large resident rooms, great food, and most importantly, caring staff. Mom has dementia and can be difficult at times but the staff is patient and finds ways to work around her defiant behaviors. I am so thankful that we found this fantastic facility.

The rooms are spacious comfortable and clean. Staff is accessible and friendly. The wellnesss center is very convenient. They offer a variety of meals! Housekeeping is a plus!

Susan and her staff are amazing!!! Susan always respond immediately with any questions or concerns that we have questions or concerns that we have !!! We are so thankful for the staff and the care they provide for their residents!!!!

My grandmother is a resident at the memory care facility and she has had a good experience. The staff is very responsive to any concerns. They also coordinate many activities to keep the residents busy.

There are activities going on all day and they also go on field trips. My uncle recently went for a ride on the Cuyahoga Scenic Railroad and had a great time. I would highly recommend Maplewood at Twinsburg.
