Arbor House Assisted Living

Arbor house was a lovely choice for our mother. The facility is clean and the food is good.

We chose Arbor House because they looked the cleanest and the most attractive. The facility is very classy and when you walk in you feel like you are in a hotel. The residents looked well cared for when we went to tour too - they were dressed nice and their hair was done. I do think the staff could ...

We chose Arbor House because they looked the cleanest and the most attractive. The facility is very classy and when you walk in you feel like you are in a hotel. The residents looked well cared for when we went to tour too - they were dressed nice and their hair was done. I do think the staff could improve on their patience, my loved one says that they seem impatient when they are helping her to get dressed. Overall I would recommend to others looking.

THE NEXT MED AID IS YOUNG AND ALWAYS GRIPING ABOUT SOMETHING BUT SHE'S BETTER THAN THE OTHER TWO MED AIDS AND LET'S TALK ABOUT THE DINING ROOM HELP WHO SAYS SHE HATE THIS AND THAT RESIDENT THEY ALL HAVE ABOUT THREE FACES! AND THE D.O.N I DID NOT SEE ONE TIME PASS A PLATE TO ANYONE THAT'S BC SHE'S TUCKED IN HER OFFICE! I PRAY FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THIS FACILITY. AND IF YOU'RE ALLERGIC TO PET DANDER DON'T WORK HERE.THE NEXT DAY I CAME INTO WORK I WAS SO SICK...THANK GOD I FOUND SOMETHING WAY BETTER WITH STAFF THAT TRULY KNOW WHAT TEAM WORK CONSIST OF.! AND THE MED ERRORS ARE HORRENDOUS NO-ONE GET WROTE UP WHEN I COUNTED THE CART A RESIDENT WAS NOT GIVEN A WARFARIN THE NIGHT C.M.A SIMPLY THREW IT AWAY! I TOLD THE LEAD MED AID SHE JUST SAID"OH" NOT TO MENTION A NARCOTIC COUNT WAS OFF WHICH I COUNTED TWICE! AND THE NIGHT C.M.A ACT LIKE IT'S MY FAULT...LOL! AFTER SHE COUNTED IT WAS STILL OF IMAGINE THAT!..I WILL SAY THE COOK'S FOOD IS FABULOUS!
