Rambling Oaks Assisted Living

We toured Luxe Life Senior Living when searching for an Assisted Living facility for our loved one. Our tour was done well. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and friendliness all seemed great during our tour.

We had a great tour experience with Wickshire Norman. It is an assisted living facility and that is just not what my loved one needed at the time. We were looking more for independent living with the option to add on additional care if needed.

I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Not only the staff but [name removed] the director is so involved with the residents and other staff. This really impresses me. [name removed] goes out of her way to make sure things are right. The staff communication with the family is great! There are three meals a day provided to the residents and they have choices to choose from.

I would say I would like more attendants but the ones they have are good. I feel they have as many aides as any other facility in this area. There are about 2 aides per 16 people.

This community had great activities and staff. This was also our second choice. My loved one was familiar with another community, and choose that community over this one.
