You guys are always helpful and caring. The funnest and liveliness place I’ve seen. Not a senior living facility that’s down and low and you can see it in the residents faces. Happy people and good atmosphere!! Both staff and people who live here. Hope your around when I finally need somewhere to go!! Wish I can give them a 10 out of 10 to be honest!

My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a couple of years ago. I tried so hard to keep her with me but as her disease worsened it became so hard to deal with her and her issues. I searched for a home to place her in and found what I think is the best place anyone with this heartbreaking disease could be safe in and well cared for. From the office staff to the care givers to everyone that works for Pacifica, these are some of the most caring and concerned people I have met. My mother has changed so much in the short time she has been living there, I have seen an improvement in her attitude and yes even in her health. She gets involved in the activities they have for their residents whereas when she was still living with me she didn't want to do anything. So as I said before...this is the very best place and I am so glad they take such good care of my mom.

My dad was in Cottage 8 and passed away early Monday morning of this week. The last night of his life, my sister and I spent a few hours with him and the NOC Supervisor, Delecia. She was and is amazing at caring for residents who are at the end of life. She provided him with such loving care, making sure he was comfortable, making sure we had what we needed, answering any questions we had. Her care for him was absolutely focused on giving him comfort and compassion.

My aunt lived just the last twelve days of her life here but I was very impressed with their facility. Here are the features I noticed: 1. Secure memory units with coded magnetic locks. This is the most secure memory unit I have ever seen. 2. Staff: There are volunteers who circulate among the people. My aunt, with vascular dementia, was verbally abusive. I witnessed a kind volunteer fearlessly approaching Gloria. This woman endured Gloria's abuse and mollified her until she was happy again. Their director took Gloria, when I was nearly dead, coasting on three hours sleep. I wish I could list all the problems she solved for me. They allow you to bring your supplemental caregivers; what I most appreciated was when they informed me that my 'caregivers' were not arriving for their shifts, on time. They have a sign-in workbook that provides empirical proof of ethical impairment by your private workers. This feature was an example of Pacifica going the extra mile for you. Ergo, you can transfer your home crew right into this site, seamlessly. 3. The Facility: The rooms are not large but the bathrooms are surprisingly big.The costs are stratified commensurate to how much care is required. They helped me donate all the items from the death room; I could not endure having them back. They kept me advised about her rapid deterioration, daily. She passed here, in miraculous fashion: thanking her caregivers, blessing them, then laying back and dying. I can never repay either their mercy to Gloria and, also, their likely saving of my life. I held onto her as long as I could. Her stomach began bleeding, when she stopped eating I could hold her no longer. Thank you, Pacifica, for holding her when I had to let go. I always wish I could have held Gloria to her last breath. God has her now; I loved her from the moment I opened my eyes until the moment God will close mine. ERGO: I cannot recommend them to you more enthusiastically. May God Reward You For Your Kindness And Mercy. Amor Vincit Omnia. Q.E.D. "Blessed Are The Merciful For They Shall Receive Mercy." Matthew 5:7 "I Am A Child Of God: His Promises Are True. Celestial Glory Shall Be Mine If I Can But Endure: Lead Me, Guide Me, Walk Beside Me, Help Me To Find The Way. Teach Me All That I Must Do To Live With Him Someday." From I Am A Child Of God "Without The Security Of Your Loving Arms, Keeping Me From Harm: Put Your Hand In My Hand And We'll Stand. When The Sky Falls, When It Crumbles, We Will Stand Tall And Face It All, Together At Skyfall." From Skyfall "My Precious Child, I Love You And Will Never Leave You Never, Ever, During Your Trials And Testings. When You Saw Only One Set Of Footprints, It Was Then That I Carried You." From Footprints In The Sand "Love Is Not Consolation; It Is Light." Nietzsche Nella Luce, My Greatly Beloved Gloria
