Right now the food has issues. Residents don't always get what they ordered and have to call the front desk. Quality of food lacks. Example - 5/21 lunch was a hard black hamburger patty with just an onion on it. Turnover of help is a problem. My mother keeps getting different caregivers and housekeepers. As a legally blind resident she has issues with all the memos on paper. Would it be possible to have a designated phoneline to call so new information is available to be read for them. She enjoys the Wed. drives and some of the Fri. adventures.
