They put my brother out on the street for no reason. The previous owners are only worried about making money. I''m sure the new owners will be just as bad. They owe him a month''s rent. They put my brother out on the street for no reason. The previous owners are only worried about making money. I''m sure the new owners will be just as bad. They owe him a month''s rent. He was paid up through May...but they refused to let him come back after a hospital stay. No notice...just out on the street after being there for over 2 years. This place is straight up liars and very dishonest. Please Pennsylvania, investigate this place!!! Everyone one please stay away from this evil place!! * * 4-30-22 update ** this morning when I was sorting through my brother''s things, I found the basket of clothes they gave me was all dirty clothes. He was in the hospital for 3 weeks, and they didn''t even wash his clothes!!!

Our family member who is there now is very happy with the meals and dining service, but right now due to the covid restrictions the activities are pretty limited. We would recommend this community to others based on our experience so far.

A friend of mine just began his stay at above and beyond. I called to find out what hours I could visit. A woman answered she could not answer me when I could visit. I heard her shouting for a woman named Robin. A woman picks up says her name is Robin and asks me what his name is. I questioned what ...

A friend of mine just began his stay at above and beyond. I called to find out what hours I could visit. A woman answered she could not answer me when I could visit. I heard her shouting for a woman named Robin. A woman picks up says her name is Robin and asks me what his name is. I questioned what his name mattered in relation to visiting hours. At this point she became rude started talking fast and being condescending. I told her I apologize that we got off on the wrong foot. And that I would like to start over our conversation. She told me she was not upset and that she already knows all of the names of the residents. I said I apologize if somehow I upset you by asking the visitor hours and questioning what his name mattered..... She hung up on me. I wasn''t upset. I had no prior relationship with the company or these people. And I was only calling to get hours so I can visit my friend. I was hung up on talked to rudely and treated unprofessional. I can''t imagine the nightmare of living in that place if this is what happens over a phone call Lmk

Our loved one loves the community very much and is happy being there. The communication is good but there is room for improvement with communication. I would recommend this community to others and already have.

I have been at Above and Beyond, West End for a couple of weeks and have found the staff to be caring and skilled. They watch out for the residents welfare with skill and patience. It''s been a great experience!

The community was pretty clean and the staff was mostly friendly. The activities could have used some improvement. The food could have also used some quality improvement. We did feel that Above & Beyond Inc. was a good value for the price.
