American House Bartlett

I toured American House Bartlett; it was neat and modern. I really didn't have any experience with them before, so those were the first things I noticed compared to other communities. We chose another community because it fit into our budget a little better.

So far they have acted quickly to any concerns that we have, not many concerns. They are doing improvements to the facility.

American House Bartlett is clean, effective, and everybody looked happy. The rooms were spacious and could be a home for a senior. The staff was very warm, welcoming, and energetic. Very caring. They have a salon. They have a gathering room where they have services on Sunday. They were having arts and crafts the other day.

This community was cheaper and it was a virtual tour but for us it just was the distance and we wanted our loved one closer. I was extremely impressed. I was interested in respite care and they showed their assisted living and their entire facility. Based on the tour, I would say that it is an excellent community. I was extremely impressed. I was interested in respite care and they showed their assisted living and their entire facility. Based on the tour, I would say that it is an excellent community. I saw a lot of care and concern for the residents in that community. I was impressed with the layout and the staff too. Everybody was very professional, very courteous, friendly, very easy to talk with, and offered suggestions. They were just very helpful. The maintenance is excellent, the grounds on the outside were immaculate, and the entire facility was immaculate. The room that they showed me was very neat, very clean, and met my expectations.
