Meals are great.
Help us to help take care of our daily care
Most of the time, the cooking is good; however they serve canned green beans with no seasoning 2 or 3 times per week. In other word sometimes parts of the meals become repititious. Iceberg lettuce has no nutritional value fresh spinach or leafy lettuce or romaine lettuce should be used instead. Only 1 caregiver is not attentive to my needs. All the rest of them are good.
Very respectful and careful with my loved one.
Friendly & approachable staff
Provide a safe/family atmosphere
Provide for my needs. Shopping opportunities Recreation opportunities
Staff is very loving. I would like to go on more outings such as shopping.
Friendly Good housekeeping Activities. Better response and follow-up to needs + requests More and better staffing. Respond more quickly to patient calls Communicate more w/ family
Everyone is friendly and there is a sense of family. Common areas are very nice! Fun activities!
Transportation to doctor's appointments, activities, administrator is wonderful; emergency care.. For the most part, this is a great place to be. No.
The emergency care is excellent. The rent is reasonable. The staff, for the most part, is good, with one or two exceptions. The activities are good. A very good improvement this year has been the addition of the bus, and providing helping me reach some of my doctor's appointments. The medical care has been good, for the most part. The main complaint I have is with the food. I think this facility could improve on the quality and nutrition of lunches and dinners.. Sometimes I have made suggestions on different foods to be served, and they are not served, or they are served one time. Something definitely needs to be done about the quality of the food. Also, *Name Removed*, the cook who sometimes cooks the evening meal, acts like she is doing me a huge favor when I ask her to make a change in my menu.
Create healthy social community where residents feel a part of a group.. Laundry services are sub par - We have to do our own - articles lost, colors not separated - returned crumpled + not folded w/ care.. Many articles of clothing are perfectly good for another days wear - or even three - but staff throw clothes in hamper even w/ scant use.
You provide friendly staff and comfortable surroundings.. Landry and at times facility cleaning - staff turnover is a concern at times but doesn't effect care.
Care and attention to resident.. Medical needs.
Answering the call lights.
It's just a good place to stay.. Variety on menu.
*Name Removed* is a good supervisor and fair. Activities are good.. Better menu choices.
Administrator and DON are helpful and responsive when I reach out to them. All staff is friendly and helpful.. 1. Add automatic doors on front for easy entry for those in wheelchairs and using walkers. 2. Look at menu choices as I hear many complain about food. 3. Property seems to be showing it's age and carpet smells. 4. A spring cleaning of rooms is needed. Housekeeping isn't as good as in the past.. There seems to be a staff turnover frequently when is concerning. Please pay them decent wages and offer benefits as this has a huge impact on my parents care. FYI - 3 new facilities are opening in the area next year, so there will be competitive rates and updated facilities.
The staff is attentive and very kind to my family member.. The food is not very good - too much soup/sandwich meals.
The Arbors has an excellent cook who genuinely enjoys preparing tasty food for the residents. Some of the caregivers are very, very good.. It might be beneficial to determine why there is so much staff turnover.
Ability to speak candidly with all the staff and they always make time and deal with issues as best to their ability. I am concerned with the recent turnover in staff. While I recognize that Spring Hill is growing, and jobs are more competitive with higher wages, it has been a revolving door for the last 6 months.
Keep residents clean and meals are good and (UNREADABLE). Kind and respectful to family. Try to answer questions and address issues and concern, response time is good. Keep residents relatively safe. Acknowledge special dates of the residents and holidays.. For future buildings: Add additional closet for small rooms. Install larger vanity and cabinet. Clean bathrooms more frequently. For new flooring: suggest hardwood in rooms instead of carpet for hygiene concern and easier to deep clean and from smelling. Serve breakfast sooner than 9-9:30 for memory care residents.
The staff is caring and compassionate.
Having a small community. Residents don't just become a number. Keep it clean.
*Name Removed* is excellent! A truly loving & compassionate person. She tells it like it is but at the same time is considerate of her resident's needs.. Let me complete 1 survey for both parents.
. Our daughter has power of attorney, all banking, & needs my husband passed away 4 yrs ago.
. Laundry: Put resident's names on clothes but they don't always go to that resident. Meals: Don't look that appealing.
. Need security guard at night. Need an electronic entrance door.
