My 92 year old sister had been at New Haven for a few weeks now. What a blessing to have her there! This facility already feels like home! The staff is beyond friendly & accommodating…. very caring & compassionate! Cleanliness & organization are obvious things we noticed as soon as we moved my sister in. She never has to wait when she calls for help of any kind! The food is absolutely delicious! Two chefs Anthony & Glenn are doing an excellent job with their talented cooking skills. Madison & Tina are the best! They see that everything runs smoothly & they are always willing to talk about your loved one’s wants, needs & desires!! They are available at all times. We feel so secure & at ease each day as we leave my sister, knowing that she is truly cared for. Madison, Tina, staff…. thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you do to make New Haven the perfect place for my sister!!

I toured this community several months ago and was very impressed with how clean it was. I was also impressed with how the care givers interacted with the residents. My sister has now been a resident at New Haven for a few months. I cannot say enough about Madison and her staff. They are all, without exception, kind, caring, helpful, and respectful of the residents. They have exceeded my expectations. They have gone above and beyond the call in assisting with the transition from another community to New Haven. I am grateful for Madison and her crew, they are a blessing to me and to my sister.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the team at New Haven Kyle for years. The new Executive Director, Madison, has really done a wonderful job bringing to life the community. I work in hospice and partner with this community and my nurses and aids all say what a wonderful homey feeling they all get when they visit. I feel it too. They have wonderful and fun events that give the family and love one’s time to mingle and have fun. Great job Madison, Tina, Mackenzie and the rest of the team in Kyle. Keep up the amazing work!

My sister has been at New Haven Assisted Living in Kyle for a few months. When I toured this community before moving my sister there I was impressed with how clean the entire facility was. I watched the care givers interact with the residents and was hopeful that New Haven was what we were looking for. Now after she has been there for a few months I can honestly say they have exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough about Madison and the staff. They are all, without exception, kind, caring, and patient. They have worked with us during the transition from another community and have gone the extra mile in every circumstance. I am grateful that my sister is living in a community where she receives the best care possible.

I would recommend you checking out the community to see if it would be the right fit for your loved one. This is a nice and clean community. I would recommend you checking out the community to see if it would be the right fit for your loved one. This is a nice and clean community. The community didn't have enough qualified staff to provide individualized care for my loved one. There is no nurse on staff in the building each day, and this was a big concern for me for the care of my loved one. The residents had their own rooms in the community.
