My sister is currently in the Philomena Assisted Living and Memory Care. It's a fairly modern facility. It's in very good shape, and it's light and bright. It's single level, very nicely decorated. This staff is very friendly, but like most senior living facilities they have their fair share of turnover as well. The meals are very good. They do sing-alongs with the residents. They play games and exercise.

My mother has moved into The Philomena Assisted Living and Memory Care. We chose it basically because it was very close to where I'm living now. It's very nice and very clean. The rooms are nice. The staff members are amazing and take care of everything that they need to take care of. That's another...

My mother has moved into The Philomena Assisted Living and Memory Care. We chose it basically because it was very close to where I'm living now. It's very nice and very clean. The rooms are nice. The staff members are amazing and take care of everything that they need to take care of. That's another big thing why we liked it so much. They have a laundry room if you still want to do your own laundry. The little kitchenette is nice in my mom's apartment. They have a movie room, a little library, and two different courtyards if the seniors want to sit outside. There are so many other things. We haven't even gotten to them all. It's right around the same price as a lot of the other ones, but they were willing to kind of work with us and give us some added discounts.

The helpfulness of the staff really stood out to us, our loved one received phenomenal care while she was there. The value was incredible for everything our loved one received and the quality of everything. We have recommend The Philomena to other families and will continue to do so

The Philomena community is clean, bright and it does not make you feel like you are entering into a senior living facility - it has a really happy feeling to it. The dining facilities are just fabulous and there is an extra dining room where the families can come and ding with their loved ones there...

The Philomena community is clean, bright and it does not make you feel like you are entering into a senior living facility - it has a really happy feeling to it. The dining facilities are just fabulous and there is an extra dining room where the families can come and ding with their loved ones there. Especially with covid we have utilized it a lot. The staff has really gone out of their way to make things inclusive with the families and we comment them for that. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to others.

My dad is very happy here which I was not expecting. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.

We chose The Philomena because of the layout of the building it is all on one story. My loved one has a care plan and it did not get followed which is why the care got a 3. There is not good follow through when they make promises on the care plans. Every time I go, there are things that are not done...

There is not good follow through when they make promises on the care plans. Every time I go, there are things that are not done that should have been. When I let people know, I get no response. It is frustrating when we pay the amount of money that we do and are not getting the care that is needed. My dad does absolutely love the caregivers that come in and knows all of their names, the individual people are great it is just the communication as a whole is where the issue lies. My dad is super happy here, there are just some things that I think need improvements.
