I visited Overture Stone Oak 55+ Apartment Homes. The community was very well kept. Their staff was also very welcoming. It's a little less grand than another place, but it was very nice. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. They had a lot of activities going on. They had some very nice rooms, very easily accessible, very spacious, and very simple. The facility was beautiful.

We chose Overture Stone Oak because it is a newer facility, we just celebrated the 4 year anniversary of them opening. The staff here are extremely friendly, the lifestyle coordinator [name removed] especially. The facility is close to where I grew up and close to family and that is important to us....

The apartment sizes are just fine. It has been a good experience and I would recommend to others looking.

We will be moving into Overture Stone Oak, and the place is very friendly. The management is very receptive, and they have a lot of activities for the people that live there. It just seems like the place where we want to be. The rooms are very new, it is very well kept. They are modern, up to date, pretty spacious, and clean, it's very pretty. The one who toured us was wonderful. They provide breakfast but do not provide lunch or dinner. We would do the cooking, so there's a full kitchen, but it has everything you would want. It has a dishwasher, a large two-door side-by-side refrigerator, and it's beautiful. It has a microwave, and lots of places to put everything, it has lots of storage. We've got a very large walk-in closet, it was very well designed, and very well thought out. The place is very beautiful, almost like you are in a hotel, a five-star hotel.

They're very friendly and make it a point to send out welcome cards to say hello. They have Happy Hour where they come by with beverages and chips and things. They're very friendly and make it a point to send out welcome cards to say hello. They have Happy Hour where they come by with beverages and chips and things. Before the pandemic, there were more activities and social opportunities. Before that, everyone got together a lot downstairs. And they still have a lot going on. There's an activity book where you can sign up for different activities. There's an art class, and they just had an art show. There's live music occasionally, especially in the summer. There's a food truck there at least once a week, and they also provide a flyer for a place that delivers/caters food. It's a great value and a great location. It's a relatively new building, and it's quite stylish. The apartments are very well done, and for that price in that area, you absolutely cannot beat it. Everything is nearby, yet it's tucked away on a culdesac, so it's quiet and has great views with lots of greenery around it. They have a great pool, and a library, a beauty salon, a little office, a workout room. There's valet trash service if you choose to use it. The kitchens are really dynamic - it's a full kitchen if you like to cook. They welcome pets. It's a really nice place.

The community is beautiful and has a nice pool area. The apartments are well done, and the kitchens are nice.
