They even came out to my home to interview us so I wouldn't have to get my husband out, that's good. We almost picked them. You'd have to be in a room by yourself and my husband prefers a roommate. The dining area was beautiful, it's big and spacious, and they have friendly staff, it's just nice. They have all the activities, they have an activities director and they have a lot of parties and things. Their rooms were very, very nice. It's in a residential community and it's lovely, they have a lot of space there to go outside. The person who gave the tour was Brittney and I love her, she was great.

There is nothing wrong with the rooms, but cost and size comparison to other places, it was smaller and it was more expensive. The staff who assisted me during the tour were super nice. There weren't a lot of activities that I saw, they said they had bingo, but I didn't see anyone in the halls. The facility was clean, it just needed to be deodorized. What they can improve on are the presentation and the cost. It was more expensive than the other facilities and the rooms were smaller.
Fails to give medication as prescribed by doctor. Med Aides not properly trained to take blood pressure. Parents fed salad for super, when asked where the protein and vegetables were they said they had chopped bacon and tomatoes in the salad!

All of the nurses here are just amazing, they cried as much as I did the night that my mom passed and that showed they truly cared. I would highly recommend them to others looking.
We have had some issues with the billing, I have made payments that they say I have not made so that has been frustrating. I understand that they have turnover in administration about once a year which is something that I was not aware of. Their aid staff is really nice, they care a lot about my mom...
