Hopkins Place is not a memory care facility so it's not a locked-down facility. The manager and directors are right there, they have nurses on staff and they're really good. They even came out to my home to interview us so I wouldn't have to get my husband out, that's good. We almost picked them. Yo...

Hopkins Place looked and smelled more like a nursing home than an assisted living. The people were nice, but the facility had a nursing home smell to it. Fails to give medication as prescribed by doctor. Med Aides not properly trained to take blood pressure. Parents fed salad for super, when asked where the protein and vegetables were they said they had chopped bacon and tomatoes in the salad!

We have had some issues with the billing, I have made payments that they say I have not made so that has been frustrating.
