Brighton House of South Jordan

I was very impressed with our tour experience we had at Brighton House of South Jordan. The staff were all great, it just came down to the location for our family.

My loved one was there during the pandemic. The community held visits outdoors. I really liked the community for my loved one.

Overall, it's a nice place with a lot of potential if they had more well trained staff in memory care. The problem was that they were understaffed and they promised a lot of care and being professional but they couldn't deliver that. They tried but they didn't have enough staff to provide care. I...

The problem was that they were understaffed and they promised a lot of care and being professional but they couldn't deliver that. They tried but they didn't have enough staff to provide care. I would only recommend this community to residents with a higher cognition level.
