Legacy House Assisted Living of South Jordan

So grateful for this staff . They are always willing to help . They treat the residents with such love and respect. Many different types of activities.

Some patients need more help than that is given in an assisted living. They need to be transferred to nursing facilities or have specially trained people come take care of them.

I love legacy House of South Jordan! The residents here are so amazing and so is the staff! I have worked here for almost a year now and I love it! I feel like I have my own work family here. It is a very welcoming place!

I am upset by this facility. It looks beautiful, always elegantly decorated and that is the image they want it to have. Recently they put up their decorations and placed a bail of hay and pumpkins right in front of the handicap door button. Multiple residents complained and I saw numerous residents...

I am upset by this facility. It looks beautiful, always elegantly decorated and that is the image they want it to have. Recently they put up their decorations and placed a bail of hay and pumpkins right in front of the handicap door button. Multiple residents complained and I saw numerous residents unable to open the door safely because of their walkers and wheelchairs and no handicap access. My father uses a wheelchair when he has bad days and lives in this facility because he is a fall risk. They should care more about the people than the fancy decorations to make their facility inviting. I complained for the fourth time in two weeks today and was told it may take a few days to move the decorations. I could move them in five minutes and almost did because I was so upset. His room is not good for wheelchairs even though it is a wheelchair handicap room. There were difficult carpet bumps and edges where the vinyl flooring met that he would trip and tip Over. Please make this facility safer and think of the real issues instead of the superficial image.
