I was concerned about this community. I did not see anyone at the front desk when we first came in. Also the person seemed to be very hard sells. When we went out to the back patio the doors were locked and we were not able to get back in and tried 3 different doors and they had no handicapped acces...

The managing director and supervisor have been very helpful in dealing with complex family situations. As far as the care of my family member, some of the care staff are better than others , but overall I feel it's appropriate.

Our family had an in person tour and it was alright it did not really stand out in our mind. The community was nice and the people were friendly, but we did like the location it was only a couple minutes away from work.
