Affinity at Lacey

My experience at Affinity at Lacey has been great- I plan to stay here. There are tons of activities provided and there is also a pool on site. I do think the value for the money is good especially compared to others. There has been a price increase recently though. They are searching for a new landscaper but the national organization is in charge of that so that is the problem. There was good landscaping installed in the beginning but the maintenance has not been good. Overall I would definitely recommend the facility to others looking and already have.

Is is a brand new facility, only about 2 years old. They provide a ton of great amenities. They have happy hours where they offer alcoholics and non alcoholic drinks on Wednesday's in a large bar space upstairs. The facility is very safe, you have to have a key to get in. They have a nice outdoor space that has a grill. They have an indoor pool with a jacuzzi. There are also extra things you can purchase when you move in. For instance I have a storage space where I put all of my décor. You can rent a garden space outside as well where you can grow things when the weather is nice. All residents have a mailbox and they are all indoors so you don't have to go outside to get your mail. You have the option to rent a car port or garage. The apartments have decks or patios so you are able to sit outside and enjoy the weather when it is nice. I would definitely recommend them to others who are looking.

Everything at the Affinity at Lacey has been great so far, we have had no complaints. Since it is independent living they do not offer meals, but it does seem like they have a good amount of activities for the residents. We also do think the value is fine.

They are high priced, in fact very high priced. I don't feel that the rent we pay is worth it for a 2 bedroom apartment. Especially for senior that are on fixed incomes. All utilities are including with the rent. The fee doesn't include any meals. I paid extra for the carport and garage in my...

They are high priced, in fact very high priced. I don't feel that the rent we pay is worth it for a 2 bedroom apartment. Especially for senior that are on fixed incomes. All utilities are including with the rent. The fee doesn't include any meals. I paid extra for the carport and garage in my rent. The rent is twice the amount as what my mortgage was.
