This is a really great place. My first impression was that it is a very luxury place that is budget friendly. The community offers housekeeping, laundry services, meals, basic cable, and utilities that are included in the monthly rate. All the rooms have a kitchenette. The staff are very friendly to work with if there are any questions or concerns that come up. The maintenance team is very helpful. There are pull cords that the residents can pull anytime that they need something, and they have staff 24 hours a day on site. There is drop in care service through a third party that is reasonably priced.

They are very attentive to her needs. They spoke with me and called me to make sure things were going ok with my loved one. If you can do independent care, this is a great place. They have a movie theater, self serve ice cream 24/7. If my loved one needed the help, I would have other family members ...

They are very attentive to her needs. They spoke with me and called me to make sure things were going ok with my loved one. If you can do independent care, this is a great place. They have a movie theater, self serve ice cream 24/7. If my loved one needed the help, I would have other family members stay here as well. I do not like the fact that the dining options are not vegan or vegetarian options, or food for people without teeth. The time window to get food when the resident wants would a great update. The snacks where taken away because the facility thought snacks where being hoarded by a few residents in their rooms so it removed snacks for everyone. If they controlled that better so the snacks would come back out would be better. The staff is great.

They have been through several chefs and the food is up and down. You can contract for additional care, but basically you are on your own unless you need that additional care, they also offer a lot of activities.
