Reserve at SeaTac

The building was nice. It felt like I was older at this community. The apartment is only three rooms, no views, and no personality of the room. It appeared very dark.

Reserve at SeaTac was OK. The staff was OK, but the manager had a little bit of an attitude and just jumped to conclusions. Their apartments were fine. It's an older, remodeled building. They had a jacuzzi, a swimming pool, a pool table, a family room, a library with computers, and TV rooms. They're pretty good, but the management wasn't so great. The location was perfect. It's right by the airport, and there were stores and places to eat nearby, so it's convenient. The management pulled the rating down.

I went to the Reserve at Seatac. I think it was good, except for certain facilities that were limited; the computer room wasn't even open. I went to the Reserve at Seatac. I think it was good, except for certain facilities that were limited; the computer room wasn't even open. It was clean, the person touring us was very professional, great customer service, and helpful. The apartments were excellent, really nice, all modern. They had a lounge, huge fireplace in the common area, there was a recreation room, a common dining area, meeting rooms that they could reserve, they had a little theater, and that was actually a plus. It's close to a bus stop, so it's convenient.

I am in the process of getting into Reserve at Seatac. It is a very nice place. The people are very accommodating. All I have to do is give them one piece of documentation, call them back, and very soon I should become a resident there. It may be a week or two before I move in, but I'm looking forward to it. I'm very excited. I definitely was able to visit the Reserve at Seatac. Reserve at Seatac is mainly for people 55 and older; it is a very nice place. The apartment that I more or less want has everything in there. It has a washer-and-dryer, which is very nice. It has a refrigerator, a range, and a dishwasher, which is an added plus because that is what I wanted. They have a terrace, additional storage, and parking for their residents. They allow maybe one or two pets there, but of course you have to pay a pet fee. It is great because my cat can also be there with me; I'm really quite happy. Their staff has been very accommodating. They keep in contact with me by phone and by email. The place looks very nice, is very clean, and accommodating. I understand they have security, and that's very good, too.
